Clergy Conference and 
Diocesan Assembly.
Please find all relevant information regarding hotel reservations and event registration below.
 


PLEASE NOTE
The Diocesan Assembly meetings are currently scheduled to begin at 7pm on Thursday, April 30,
and end at 5pm on Saturday, May 2, followed by the Gala Banquet at 7pm. The Divine Liturgy,
followed by fellowship hour, will conclude at 2:00pm on Sunday, May 3.
​Please plan your travel accordingly. 

A working lunch is scheduled during the Assembly meetings on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2.
For your convenience, we encourage you to stay for both working lunches.

Keeping with tradition, on the occasion of the 118th Annual Clergy Conference and Diocesan Assembly,
our parish will publish​a Commemorative Booklet,
which will be distributed at the Gala Banquet on Saturday, May 2, 2020.

We invite you to be a part of this beautiful tradition and participate by extending personal greetings to clergy and delegates.  We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to making
the 2020 Diocesan Assembly and Clergy Conference a memorable and fruitful week for all.

FRIDAY, MAY 1 – TEXARMENIA DINNER AND CULTURAL EVENING
Join us for an evening of fellowship and service at St. Sarkis! 
Vespers in the St. Sarkis Sanctuary, followed by a service project, 
delicious Texas style dinner with games and dancing.  
Complimentary round-trip bus transportation provided to and from the Marriott at Legacy.​

SUNDAY, MAY 3 – DIVINE LITURGY & FELLOWSHIP
We invite you to join us as we conclude our 118th Diocesan Assembly weekend together in worship.
The Divine Liturgy begins at 10:30am, with His Eminence, Bishop Daniel, presiding.
A fellowship reception will follow. Complimentary one-way bus transportation provided
from the Marriott at Legacy to St. Sarkis Armenia Orthodox Church.
