Circle of Joy
Dear community members,
We are proud to announce that Circle of Joy is advancing its format! Beside being a group of families who come together for playdates (according to the ages of children) or other fun activities to creates friendships between mothers, fathers and between children in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, it is also reaching out to the community members who may need support during difficult times.
This family-oriented group is starting a new program, called Food For Soul. The idea is to deliver meals to community members such as new moms, faithful who have had surgeries or parishioners who are in general need of a good nutritious meal. Volunteers will deliver food to the recipients' house (they should not to stay or enter the home, but just drop off the meal at the door).
Recipients may request dinners on specific days of the week or throughout the one or two week period (depending upon the situation and recipient's needs). Volunteers will sign up to deliver the food through a specially created, personal calendar that will have all the details and necessary information.
For more information or to request a Food For Soul calendar, please contact Yeretskin Hasmik at firstname.lastname@example.org or 201-314-4143.
